Some cities have bans on setting off fireworks, while others have time restrictions.

For example, the City of Columbus allows fireworks to be discharged from 10 am to 10 pm from June 29 to July 3 and from 10 am to midnight on July 4. The City of Cincinnati has a similar ordinance with time restrictions from 9 am to 10 pm from June 21 to July 5th and 9 am until midnight on July 4.
